With an amazing painting workshop from Valeria Mravyan. Valeria is a prolific artist who has experimented with many media; namely oils, acrylic, watercolours, pastels and mixed media. Since 1987 she has exhibited her work in Toronto, New York, Los Gatos, California; Haifa, Tokyo, Moscow and FrankfurtSince moving to Canada in the early 1990’s, Valeria’s canvas has been illuminated with brilliant vivid colours to capture the Canadian abstract landscape. Valeria is very dynamic and approachable. She is an excellent teacher and is looking forward to working with the delegates on creating a piece of artwork during the workshop.

This empowering wellness event will engage guests with amazing speakers who will share inspirational stories and provide wellness education, while leaving plenty of time for socializing, entertainment, shopping at our exclusive vendor boutique, and relaxation! The retreat will assist two worthy organizations Etobicoke General Hospital (EGH) and YouthSpeak Performance Charity. Funds raised for EGH will help provide dedicated spaces and equipment for young patients in their new Emergency Department. Every donation will be matched by Orlando Corporation.

Angella Goran will be joining us as the closing speaker! Angella devotes her time in the areas of business, sport and community. She is the Founder of SokJok Inc. and Champion a Campaign, a new program focused on Championing youth and community programs. SokJok Inc. and Champion a Campaign work hand-in-hand for a common goal where socks sales become a sustainable leadership tool in supporting youth programs in schools, teams and organizations in the pillars of Community, Arts, Sports and Academics.

With over 15 years spent between amateur to elite levels of athletics in the sports of Rowing, Triathlon and currently Cycling, there is a formula to her madness in sport and that is “Passion”. Angella is a Certified Top Level indoor cycling instructor, Certified Strength/Conditioning Trainer and Lifestyle Coach who believes in all of us there is a gift never mind her ambition as an up and comer in entrepreneurship.
